We couldn't reach a deal and they let me walk for 400 bucks. I understand why; due to making the biggest profit margin on my trade and new vehicle, but they didn't even budge once they made their counter offer. The salesman I worked with was very nice and knowledgeable, but when management stepped in to take over the deal it went nowhere. Needless to say I bought my new truck else where for an even better deal. This is how I know they could of closed the 400 dollar loop hole to make "me" a customer happy.

I will NEVER bring my car to your service center again. Your attempt to 'make your mistake right' was an enormous slap in the face. Honestly I've told all of my friends and family not to go to you ever! Your once reputable dealership and service center has turned into a sleezey, shifty, screw over our customers to make a buck shop and that saddens me. My late grandfather came to you for trucks his whole life, my mother has bought at least a dozen new vehicles from you and always sang your praises to me. Thanks to the way I was treated neither her or I will ever be back. It's honestly a damn shame.
