The quality of the pictures was a average, nothing outstanding, but the backgrounds were not what I picked and for the second year in a row, they have not sent the entire package that I have ordered. Super frustrating, and upsetting. The need people that can read what the packages are and what should be placed in the envelopes.
I waited a month for the pictures to arrive exactly and the packet was sent back today WITHOUT my daughters pictures in it that I ordered and in the preview it’s not even the background I ordered them in.

I called the company, the woman was extreamly rude, did not let me get a word in, she told me she didnt have time for this and hung up.
horrible pictures, what photographer doesnt get a child to smile before taking the picture?!
What an awful company and apparently bad customer service. I ordered my kids school pictures online on picture day and then emailed them to let them know it wasn’t printed out and with my daughter but gave them a confirmation number. The person said that it was no problem at all and that it was processed.
So my child was on the picture retake list, the school said the photographers were in and out of the school so fast they didnt come get my child for retakes and by the time the teachers noticed they were gone.
I called back, she continued to talk over me swearing at me. I explained I was a paying customer and she should listen to my grievences and try to help
Extreamly disappointed and disgusted.
