Had to ask them to return to redo several areas that were not cleaned well enough on the 1st visit. They had the nerve to charge another 37 dollars. That brings my total for my carpet cleaning to almost $300. They should have eaten any fuel charges on the return trip.My philosophy is it pays to do a job right the 1st time, thiers must be it pays the 1st and 2nd time.......arghhhhhh !!!!
We could not have been happier. Getting the estimate on the phone was simple and the price was great.We already had the measurements The cleaning man was there a few minutes early which is always good. The carpets look great. Would use again
They are the worse company to work for there communication skills are very poor and they are rude to there employees I no an ex employee who worked there that was fired because of communication issues.. Followed by some of the places they cleaned were rush jobs because one employee gets disability and can only work so many hours
