My mom and I took my 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter today. We all had a wonderful time. My son especially enjoyed painting Oaxacan-inspired rocks, playing in the Mexican farm to kitchen exhibit, and listening to the Villalobos Brothers. My daughter loved dressing up in a kimono and playing in the Japanese tea house and dragon boat. There needs to be more of this type of museum for children to learn about and celebrate different cultures. I can't wait to go back!
