Brought my king size down comforter here and paid them to wash it. I asked for an extra rinse and said it needs to be dried on LOW heat. 2 hours later I get a call saying it's ready. I told the woman it shouldn't be ready yet but went to pick it up anyways. I asked her what setting they used. She called the OWNER because he's the one who did it. MEDIUM heat he says. It's still clumpy. Not happy.
