Worst health care company in the world, never answers emails thru there portal and when you call they don't call back ever. They rather let you suffer than prescribe something that can help, and won't refer you to actual real doctors who can help treat you, they make you see rn or something low not a actual doctor or PA and always give you the run around and charge you for nothing while if you visit urgent care they own will say you're black listed if you visit more than once a month if you can't see a specialist right away. But will give drug addicts plenty of meds with no issues!
Been my Pcp for 6 years and have never has any problems. They're prompt with their return messages on the portal and the Drs take their time to see what your problems are. Will keep them as my pcp until I have to change it.
Hudson headwaters has been awesome to my family and I. When we can't get in to see the primary, we go here and they treat us with the same level of love and respect we get from out PCP.
Dr did not take the time to check me out properly . I have what I believe is a sprained wrist . Doctor told me take my rings off to take an X-ray and then never ended up taking the X-ray causing me to lose a ring for nothing . Scheduled me for mri two weeks from now while I will not be able to work as is in my wrist and cannot lift . So today they received a payment for doing nothing . Even when called hospital , hospital said they should do an X-ray first . So very unhappy . If you have any other options on care please avoid . Save yourself some time and Co pays or money or state some money . Walked out knowing same as when went in minus a wedding ring or proper explanation.
I go here all the time when I can't get into my normal doctor and I'm in pain. The people are very nice yes there's a bit of a wait but that happens everywhere u go.
