Worst hair experience short of having someone cut all my hair. Went in for an updo for a special event... AWFUL! First I sat for 30 minutes after my appointment time. Then I got absolutely the farthest thing from the photos I brought it. I want a classic chic undo and I have long hair. I wasn't asking for the impossible. I am upset I can't even begin to express how much! I told the stylist in the middle and at the end that I wasn't sure about it... in the middle I acquiesced because I thought I was being hard on myself... at the end I said again I wasn't sure about it and her response was "It looks beautiful! I wouldn't let you leave if it didn't" so I left... it did not even survive the 10 minute windows closed, no air on car ride home... what a waste of $70 for a 15 minute horrible updo. Would never go here again. Thanks for ruining my excitement over my special event.
