Josh came out today for our chimney inspection/cleaning and he was fantastic. This was our first for our “new” home and he explained everything in detail, showed me every step of the camera inspection and answered all of my questions. I had champs come to my home yesterday for a furnace chimney filled with bird nesting. It was so bad our almost new furnace stopped working. Josh and Jake did an amazing job and cleaned the entire chimney back to 100% ventilation. Even though it wasn't an easy job they persevered and used sweeps cameras and made many trips up to my steep sloping roof. Bob had given me reasonable prices upfront and the bill was exactly what I expected it to be. He also called after the guys left to make sure I was happy with the service. What nice people! Hardworking Great customer service and a professional job completed. No longer anxious if I'll have heat this winter. Thanks guys.
