Don't go here, go to Albany if you have to. It took nearly two months to get my husband in for a sleep study, in the meantime he gave himself a concussion in his sleep and nearly walked out a closed window. When he finally did have his sleep study and he was positive for sleep apnea they scheduled him for ANOTHER sleep study nearly two months off to fit him for a CPAP! Are you kidding me?! If you go onto the website it says they are accepting new patients, how about you take care of the ones that you have first. Most of the time now you don't need another sleep study to fit for a CPAP. My husband stopped breathing 30 times an hour during R.E.M. Sleep and woke twenty something times an hour during non R.E.M. Sleep. You can develop dangerous arrhythmias and other issues from sleep apnea and yet this doctor feels okay to let it go untreated for nearly two more months while he takes in new patients? We got him an appointment at St Peter's Sleep Clinic, brought his records, he will have his CPAP in about a week.
I doubt there are many doctors who are as thorough and caring as Dr. Nevatia. He truly takes the time to study every part of the diagnosis and prognosis, referring patients to other physicians or medications as needed..

My fiancee waited 1 hour to get in a room. When he finally got in a room. Dr.Chaudry came in, asked him some questions a left saying her computer was down and to return to the waiting room. After standing in the waiting room for 1.5 hrs (he couldn't sit-it was packed with patients) he asked the receptionist to call when she was ready to see him (we only live 5min away). No one EVER called. 2 weeks went by and he got a letter from his ins. stating the sleep study was approved. She never even told him she was ordering one. After 3 weeks I called the Sleep Lab myself and scheduled a study for him. This practice is a cluster-mess. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I wish I could give a negative star review, to me this doctor seems neglectful and money hungry.
