The employees are friendly and helpful, even carried my stuff up to the counter while I went to grab more things. Prices were good also.
Electronics section looks like they are going under, like 1/20 the selection of target. Had to pick up a couple of usb drives for work and they had literally only 2 usb drives for sale and thats it. Tool department still looks ok, had to replace a socket that broke in half.
I've been using Sears auto department for over 40 years for all the cars I've owned in my life. They do all my maintenance in a timely manner and let me know if something is wrong so I can take it to my dealer if the car is under warranty. When a car is no longer under warranty I let them do the job which they are more than capable of doing. Gabriel and Mark are great people. They are honest and I never walk away feeling ripped off like I have at other service stations. Firestone tops the list in that department.
